As a single parent armed with just a mop and a bucket, Angela Brown started doing domestic cleaning work as a way of supporting herself and her son.


Angie's attention to detail and her philosophy of "Doing The Hard Work For You" laid the foundations of a successful business. Today, Angie's Elite Cleaning Solutions employs over 50 people and provides a range of residential and commercial cleaning services to hundreds of clients in and around Toowoomba Ange supports our community by hiring people with disabilities and people from disadvantaged backgrounds, currently around 87% of her employees fit this description.


You will often hear Ange say "Cleaning is what we do, but NOT who we are..." We are a dedicated group of cleaners supporting people with disabilities both employed and clients, and also people from disadvantaged backgrounds the same employed and clients.

Angela Brown

Hi, I'm Ange, the owner of Angie's Elite Cleaning Solutions. I've been in the cleaning business for over 10  years now and I believe that the focus we place on our customers' needs are the reason why I have so many referrals and happy clients.


I have gone from just myself, and a mop and bucket in 2014, to over 50 employees and more than 800 clients today.


Angie's Elite Cleaning Solutions offers a variety of domestic and commercial cleaning services. I have a team of great people who love their work. In 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 my business was rated one of the top 3 cleaners in Toowoomba.

I have won Employer of the Year Award at the Business Disability Awards of Australia in 2018, Champion Employer of the Year National Winner in 2021, I was a Finalist in the Focus HR Business Excellence Awards in 2021, and I won the CEO Special Recognition Award also at the HR Business Excellence Awards in 2021.


In 2022 I was nominated for 2 awards in Business Excellence. and in 2023 I have been nominated for all these awards are extremely special to me, and every day I strive to be a better employer and a better person.

  • Aged Care Cleaning, we work closely with multiple Aged Care providers, including McLean Care, Bolton Clarke, Anglicare and others.

Ashlea McNellee

Ashlea is the Commercial Cleaning Manager, Ashlea started in 2016 with Angie’s Domestic Duties, Ange and Ashlea cleaned together on a daily basis and as the business grew Ashlea’s role grew and changed.


Ange and Ashlea have a great working connection and an even better friendship. As Commercial Cleaning Manager Ashlea completes the quotes for commercial and Build Cleans. Ashlea prepares all the Workplace health and safety documentation and organises a team to complete each job.


Our team at angie’s Elite Cleaning Solutions have Police Checks, White Cards and Blue Cards. We have completed large building and commercial cleaning services for companies like Hutchinson Builders, Defence Housing Australia, Woollam Constructions, Palm Lake Group and a multitude of others.

Nikki Hodges

Nikki is the Bookings Officer and Client Liaison person.  Nikki started with Angie’s Domestic Duties in August 2018, and since this time Nikki has learnt a lot about cleaning including tips and tricks to make cleaning tasks less daunting. 


Nikki always had a lot of fun working with other team members out cleaning and fitted in very well. Nikki moved away in 2019 which was sad for everyone, however Nikki returned in 2020 and did not hesitate in giving Angies a call. She came straight back. 


Nikki worked hard and obtained the title of Senior Cleaner. In 2023 Nikki applied for the internal position of Bookings Officer and was successful. Since this time Nikki has flourished, she loves her new position and prides herself in being the person who distributes the workflow between the cleaning team and organising bookings for clients.
